Just ME! Moment: The Waterfall Whisper

After months of pouring into others—and into my own growth—I needed to refill my well. So I headed to Falling Waters State Park to visit Florida’s tallest waterfall, craving fresh air, the forest floor, and the steady rhythm of moving water.

The waterfall was barely a fall.
More of a whisper than a rush.
The lack of rain softened its voice
but not its beauty.

The sinkholes lay mammoth and steady.
The forest spread out its welcome mat.
Leaves and limbs crunched beneath my feet,
creating sound inside the silence.

Nothing spectacular.
Nothing loud.

Yet I felt home.

Not because everything was full.
But because I was.
